Please be advised that The Inn At Fox Hollow does not work with third party “discount” reservation providers. The lowest general public rates one will find for the Hotel is on the Hotel’s website. Some third party providers will offer the same rates being offered by the Hotel while others may show no availability, which may not be the case at all. Please always check Hotel availability directly on the Hotel’s website.   

The Inn At Fox Hollow does at times offer AAA and AARP discounts (10%) to AAA and AARP members; however, they are strictly based upon availability and may not be available at times throughout the year. If a reservation is made under one of the two categories, proper membership identification will be required at check-in.

The Inn At Fox Hollow “does not” participate with the Entertainment discount program and/or card.  The Hotel will not honor any card and/or coupon offering a discount on the hotel unless it is a card and/or discount the Hotel created and distributed itself.     

The Inn At Fox Hollow does have an (Everyday Hero Rate), which entitles “active” Police Officers, Fire Department Personnel, U.S. Military Personnel and Emergency Medical Technicians 20% off the selling General Public rate; however, they too are based upon availability and proper identification must be given at the front desk at the time of check-in.       

All discounted rate plans may only be applied to the always current general public rates (selling price). Discounts may not be combined with other dicounted rate plans or structures.

The Fox Hollow Catering Hall has set a date for its annual BIG/little Holiday Party, which will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2008 at 6:00PM. The BIG/little party is intended for small corporate offices to enjoy a BIG Holiday Party with other small businesses throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. It’s a time for many to come together and enjoy all the festive amenities and services that Fox Hollow has to offer. Just because one may be a part of a small office on Long Island does not mean that the holiday season has to be one that Scrooge himself would appreciate. At Fox Hollow, just the opposite is true. This year’s BIG/little Holiday party will be filled with all the holiday specials that our customers have come to know and love. The Catering Hall itself will be decked out in a wide array of holiday lights and decor and the food, drink and entertainment that will be provided will ensure the appropriate holiday cheer for all.

Keep in mind, the Fox Hollow is located on the same property as The Inn At Fox Hollow. For those that are overnight accommodations during their holiday parties, The Inn At Fox Hollow may provide special discounted rates for blocks of five - (5) suites or more in November, December and January. The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel may also be a place one may want to consider for intimate (less formal) holiday gatherings.        

Both The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel and The Fox Hollow Catering Hall offer corporate guests a wide array of banquet and catering options. For less formal affairs the hotel is typically chosen for groups ranging in size from ten - (10) to sixty - (60) attendees. The Inn At Fox Hollow serves all their meals buffet style while the Fox Hollow can provide corporate guests with more formal dining options while accommodating up to 350 guests in one particular meeting room. Additional meeting rooms are also available for breakouts and separate meeting room accommodations.      

The Inn At Fox Hollow is now presenting its corporate guests a new dining option, which includes having lunch at the Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge at Fox Hollow. The menu being presented is the Rose Hunt’s Express Lunch Menu at a price of $18.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Group under ten may simply dine al la carte choosing from a soup or salad, ten entrees and a variety of delightful dessert items served with coffee or tea. Groups of ten - (10) or more are simply asked to preselect  three entrees at least one week prior to one’s event. Either way, the Hotel’s banquet and catering staff will make the arrangements for any size group that it is hosting. 

Offering corporate guests lunch adjacent to the hotel at Fox Hollow allows corporate guests atending meetings to get up and stretch their legs a bit. It allows them to spearate themsleves from the immediate work environment and take a break from the atmosphere in which they have been working. In many occasions this helps refresh the clients and gets them rejuvenated for the rest of their day in meetings at the Hotel. Ultimately it’s the clients choice to choose their meal location (based upon availability); however, both The Inn At Fox Hollow and The Fox Hollow Catering Hall are all about providing guests with options that are Above & Beyond the ordinary.
