Chateau Briand Caterers located in Carle Place, Long Island is hosting four spectacular 2009 New Year’s Eve Galas. Two of the Catering Halls elegant ballrooms will have DJ Entertainment while two others will have Live Music. The DJ entertainment will be provided by Body Rock and the live entertainment will be provided by John Jayson Duo and Paris Entertainment.

The two gala events with DJ entertainment costs $99.00 per person (plus tax and gratuities) and the two gala events with live music cost $119.00 per person (plus tax and gratuities).   

The gala events with live entertainment begin at 8:00PM and 8:30PM. One ends at 1:30AM and the other at 2:00AM. The two rooms with DJ Entertainment have different starting and end times. One begins at 9:00PM and ends at 2:30AM and the other begins at 9:30AM and ends at 3:00AM.  

All of the New Year’s Eve gala events include extensive cocktail hours, hot buffets, seafood boats, appetizer duets, surf and turf entrees and dessert. Of course each gala event also includes unlimited premium liquors, cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks. 

For those seeking to make their New Year’s Eve even more spectacular The Inn At Fox Hollow is offering guests of Chateau Briand discounted rates for overnight accommodations at the all suite Hotel located in nearby Woodbury, Long Island. The Inn is offering complimentary shuttle service to and from the Catering Hall for guests that are attending the parties and register at the Hotel. The Hotel is also offering all guests partaking in the packages a complimentary bottle of Champagne, commemorative Champagne glasses, Belgian chocolates and a full buffet style breakfast/brunch on New Year’s Day from 10:00AM - 1:00PM. New Year’s Eve Tickets Are Now On Sale:

Celebrate New Year’s Eve right here on Long Island with the Fox Hollow and The Inn At Fox Hollow. Together the two facilities will be hosting the most exciting New Year’s Eve events on Long Island with exclusive packages.

Fox Hollow puts together New Year’s Eve packages that are truly Above and Beyond and A World Apart from other events. Why experience something ordinary when you can participate in something extraordinary.   

There will be two New Year’s Eve events on December 31st 2008 at Fox Hollow. One will feature DJ Entertainment by “Top Hat” from 7:30PM - 1:00AM and the other will feature DJ Entertainment by “Body Rock” from 8:00PM - 1:30AM.

Each special New Year’s Eve event 2008/2009 will feature a Continental Cocktail Hour with six - (6) Cold Displays and a wide variety of Hot Chafing Dishes (eight - 8 to be exact). A Pasta Table will also be present during the Cocktail Hour. The Cocktail Hour will be followed by an Appetizer Duet and a Land and Sea Entree Duet. The Inn At Fox Hollow will be offering guests that stay the night of New Year’s Eve and purchase the New Year’s Eve Package a late check-out of 2:00PM, a New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet 10:00AM - 1:00PM, a bottle of Champagne, two commemorative Champagne glasses and a box of Belgian chocolates.
