The Inn At Fox Hollow does at times offer AAA and AARP discounts (10%) to AAA and AARP members; however, they are strictly based upon availability and may not be available at times throughout the year. If a reservation is made under one of the two categories, proper membership identification will be required at check-in.

The Inn At Fox Hollow “does not” participate with the Entertainment discount program and/or card.  The Hotel will not honor any card and/or coupon offering a discount on the hotel unless it is a card and/or discount the Hotel created and distributed itself.     

The Inn At Fox Hollow does have an (Everyday Hero Rate), which entitles “active” Police Officers, Fire Department Personnel, U.S. Military Personnel and Emergency Medical Technicians 20% off the selling General Public rate; however, they too are based upon availability and proper identification must be given at the front desk at the time of check-in.       

All discounted rate plans may only be applied to the always current general public rates (selling price). Discounts may not be combined with other dicounted rate plans or structures.

The Inn At Fox Hollow and its sister facility, Fox Hollow Catering are located on eight beautifully landscaped acres of land on Long Island’s famous north shore, also known as the Gold Coast. The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel located in Woodbury, Long Island opened its doors as a brand new hotel in early 2002. The Inn was designed as Long Island’s premier all suite boutique hotel. One of the main differences between the Fox Hollow Hotel and others on Long Island is that it is independently owned and operated. It is not a franchised property or one that carries the flag of some of the more common hotel brand names. The owners and the management team of the Hotel did not want to be just another “me too.” They wanted to offer people traveling to Long Island a unique hotel experience where an Above & Beyond customer service philosophy could preside and flourish. 

Another aspect of the Hotel that makes it unique is that each one of its suites are approx. 565 square feet in size.  On average the Inn’s suites are the largest hotel suites available on Long Island. While most other hotels have limited suites that they typically charge guests much more for, the Inn provides all of their guests with a suite experience with very little variation in pricing. Another aspect that differentiates the Fox Hollow Inn from nearby hotels is the fact that they offer amenities and services that other hotels do not. For example, the Inn offers all of its guests a complimentary full American breakfast daily and a complimentary extensive dinner buffet (including beer, wine and soft drinks) Sunday through Thursday. 

As the hotel developed its client base they listened to their clients needs and requests. Over the years the Hotel has only added to the overall amenities and services it provides its guests. The Fox Hollow provides guests with both wired and wireless Internet service throughout the hotel, which are both complimentary. The Inn has developed a laptop computer loaner program for in-house guests along with DVD/VCR loaners, which are available upon request. Year after year the hotel has also updated and enhanced its twenty-four - (24) fitness center with newest and most advanced equipment available. Perhaps one of the amenities guests enjoy most is the Inn’s outdoor courtyard, which is open year round. It is always beautifully landscaped and has a heated pool and hot tub. It also has a nice patio area with tables and chairs overlooking a scenic rock fountain and a plush green lawn with complimentary trees and shrubs.

The location of The Inn At Fox Hollow is also a key element to its success. It’s located on the Island’s beautiful North Shore, which is also known as the Gold Coast. It is in very close proximity to many attractions and points of interest but at the same time it is setback in a residential neighborhood. Behind the hotel is a golf course and directly across the street (Jericho Turnpike) is the Syosset - Woodbury Community Park. Adjacent to the hotel is its sister property, the Fox Hollow Catering Hall and Rose Hunt Restaurant and Lounge. Together the two properties sit on eight - (8) beautiful acres.

Both The Inn At Fox Hollow and the Fox Hollow Catering Hall offer dynamic hospitality services. While the Catering Hall is host to many special events for large groups, the Inn accommodates more intimate groups for banquet and catering functions. Together, the facilities can cater to over 600 people for a wide array functions, which includes a wide array of corporate and social occasions requiring catering and/or overnight accommodations. The Fox Hollow is where the two facilities share the popular Rost Hunt Restaurant and Lounge. Many of the Inn’s guests enjoy a leisurely stroll next door to enjoy the wide array of menu items the Restaurant offers. One may also go relax in the bar an lounge there, which quite often has live music being played throughout the night. The Restaurant also provides hotel guests with in-suite dining options.       

Over the last several years The Inn At Fox Hollow has attracted the likes of corporate, leisure, social and the extended stay traveler. The Hotel accommodates thousands of corporate clients throughout most of the week, leisure and social (wedding) guests on weekends and the extended stay market throughout the year with the majority of extended stay folks in-house during the peak summer months.        

Most recently, the owners and management team have put approximatley two-million dollars back into the hotel. The Inn At Fox Hollow has renovated each and every suite with new carpeting, wallpaper, draperies, beds, linens, lighting fixtures, wall decor and more. Out of the 145 suites the Inn reserved eleven - (11) of its suites and converted them into new exclusive Royal Suites (look under Royal Suites for more specific information). The Inn now has several different suites types to offer their guests to choose from. Each suite type has a different overall design. Some feature unique features such as Spa Showers, which includes the eleven new Royal Suites. In addition to renovating the hotel’s suites they have also elected to renovate the Inn’s corridors and much of its common space and some of its meeting space.

Although the Inn at seven years young could have continued to operate the hotel as it was, it chose to invest back into the property to maintain its Above & Beyond status. It did so to continue to offer its guests the finest accommodations, services and amenities the industry has to offer. It did so to maintain its loyal customer base and give back to their guests. The Inn At Fox Hollow is now a smoke-free Hotel. Due to popular demand along with the overall concern for the safety and well being of the Hotel’s guests and employees, the owners and management team of the Hotel have decided to make the Hotel a non-smoking facility.

It is recommended to guests that would like to smoke during their stay to consider renting a Courtyard Studio Suite, which provides direct access to the “outdoor” courtyard where smoking may still occur.

Guests that choose to ignore the new policies and procedures of the Hotel may be charged up to $100.00 per day (plus applicable taxes) for smoking in any suite throughout the Hotel. Guests may also be responsible for any and all additional damages or loss of revenue due to their negligence. The new non-smoking policy will be strictly enforced.

It is the Hotel’s hopes that the new policy will provide all guests with a more pleasurable, comfortable and healthy experience.
