Together the two facilities offer luxurious hotel accommodations, well appointed meeting rooms, sophisticated banquet and catering services and a dynamic restaurant and lounge, which offers guests event space for private and semi-private affairs.

The Fox Hollow Catering and Conference Center is conveniently located in Nassau County and is just minutes away from the Suffolk County border. It’s nearby many corporations and places of interest and provides guests with easy accessibility to most major highways and parkways on Long Island.     

The two facilities offer corporate clientele a wide array of seating configurations and attendance capacities. The Inn At Fox Hollow Hotel may accommodate small intimate meetings with as little as ten guests and may also accommodate meetings and events for up to sixty - (60) guests. Meeting room capacities are determined by one’s specific room set-up needs. The Fox Hollow Catering Hall may accommodate up to 400 guests, which is also determined by one’s particular meeting room set-up requests. Keep in mind that each facility has several meeting rooms varying in size to meet one’s specific needs and more than one room may be utilized at any given time.
